An Air Station Sitka, Alaska, MH-60T Jayhawk helicopter, tail number 6017, crashed along the coast near La Push, Wash. claiming the lives of three of the four crew members aboard July 6, 2010. The crew of the helicopter was returning to Sitka, Alaska, when the Coast Guard lost contact with them.
