PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Petty Officer 3rd Class Adam McInnish, a marine science technician stationed at Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg, collects a sample in St. Petersburg June 9, 2010, during a response call to a report from the National Response Center. The sample was brought to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's Fish and Wildlife Research Institute in St. Petersburg, where it was found to be decaying organic matter.
