Steve Jutras, a C-130 aircraft pilot from Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater, Fla., conducts a survey flight over the Gulf of Mexico in support of the ongoing Administration-wide response Deepwater Horizon/BP oil spill May 29, 2010.
