An aerial photograph shows a red and white twin-engine aircraft flying low over a body of water, actively dispersing what appears to be chemical dispersant through multiple spray nozzles visible beneath its wings. The water surface shows distinct orange-brown streaks and sheen patterns consistent with an oil spill. The aircraft's shadow is visible on the water surface below, and the dispersant spray trails are clearly visible extending behind the plane.
