The Canadian officers presented Captain Christopher Martino, Commanding Officer, Group Humboldt Bay, with an updated photograph of Royal Canadian Navy pilot Sub Lieutenant Allen Alltree, a Coast Guard exchange pilot stationed at Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco, who was killed in the crash of CG-1363 while flying on a rescue mission, December 22, 1964 near Trinidad, Calif.
