FALLON, Nev. - Petty Officer 3rd Class Roger Metcalf of Loran Station Fallon, Nev. participates in the signal termination conducted simultaneously around the Coast Guard shortly before noon Pacific Standard Time, Feb. 8, 2010. Loran stations were joined via conference phone call to confirm their respective unit's implementation during this historic event in which 19 of 24 station's signals were terminated.
