PORT AU PRINCE, Haiti - Coast Guard Cutter Forward transferred approximately 2,000 gallons of diesel fuel to Coast Guard Cutter Pea Island homeported in Key West, Fla., Jan. 22, 2010. The Pea Island was patrolling off the coast of Haiti in support of Haitian relief efforts due to the earthquake and was in need of a fuel to continue with minimal impact to its mission capabilities.
