PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti-Crewmembers from the U.S. Coast Guard's Helicopter Interdiction Tactical Squadron (HITRON), out of Jacksonville, Fla., prepares their HH-65 �dolphin' helicopter for a medical evacuation, Jan. 21, 2010. Originally configured as a gun ship, the crew had modified the aircraft to provide medical evacuations in Haiti after a 7.0-magnitude earthquake destroyed much of the nation's capital city.
