RODANTHE, N.C. - Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Joseph Brown of Station Oregon Inlet and Petty Officer 1st Class Robert Shay of Station Hatteras Inlet load the lyle gun with a projectile attached to a rope which is shot to a simulated shipwreck during the Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station Breeches Buoy Drill Monday, Dec. 14, 2009.
