COAST GUARD TRAINING CENTER PETALUMA, Calif. - Capt. Chris Hall, commanding officer here, thanks Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey, of the 6th Congressional District, for her support of a newly constructed solar array field, Oct. 24, 2009, during the commissioning ceremony for the green energy project.
