PROVINCETOWN, Mass. - Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Jason Holm thanks his shipmates at his change of command ceremony at Station Provincetown, Mass., Thursday, Oct. 8, 2009, during which he passed command of Station Provincetown to Chief Petty Officer Paul Wells.
