Keith Turro, commanding officer of Base Support Unit Alameda, gave a spirited speech concerning both his new and old command during the Integrated Support Command Alameda Disestablishment Ceremony, Monday, Sept. 28, 2009. The ceremony began with the disestablishment of ISC Alameda, and concluded with the establishment of the Base Support Unit, Health Safety Work Life Unit, Personal Support Service Unit, Navel Engineering Support Unit and Industrial Support Activity.
