SEATTLE - The Russian Boarder Guard vessel Vorovskiy heads into the U.S. Coast Guard's Pier 36 Aug. 29, 2009. This was the first time a Russian Boarder Guard ship has sailed into the continental U.S. The Vorovskiy participated in Pacific Unity 2009 over the past couple of days in Port Angeles, Wash.
