VINEYARD SOUND, Mass. - Boston Bruins hockey player Shawn Thornton, aboard Coast Guard Station Woods Hole's 41-foot boat, puts on a survival suit designed to keep the wearer dry during his day with the Coast Guard Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009. Thornton was given a tour of Coast Guard Sector Southeastern New England, Station Woods Hole, and Air Station Cape Cod and had the oppotunity to get underway, climb into a helicopter and a falcon jet, fast-rope from a training tower and witness tactical law-enforcement training.
