HONOLULU -- Coast Guard Cutter Ahi, homeported in Honolulu, HI, patrols the coast off of Waikiki beach. The newly designed 87-foot Coastal Patrol Boat has several enhancements including improved mission sea keeping abilities (up to sea state 5), a rear launch for its small boat, and a vastly larger pilot house that is equipped with an integrated bridge electronics system.
