North Dakota's Sheyenne River sets a flood record by spilling over in sections of Valley City located southeast of the state April 18, 2009. Boat crews from Coast Guard and federal agencies patrolled farm country looking for people stranded by record flooding from the Sheyenne River which rose by a foot since Friday, April 17.
