JUNEAU, Alaska -- Crew members aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Elderberry, a 65-foot inland buoy tender homeported in Petersburg, Alaska, prepare to set buoys through the channel which runs through Mendenhall Bar Wednesday, April 1.
