ARABIAN SEA -- Petty Officer 3rd Class David Baylor, an aviation maintenance technician from Air Station North Bend, Ore., performs general maintenance on the HH-65 Dolphin helicopter aboard Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell while underway here March 15, 2009. The aviation crew aboard Boutwell is made up personnel on temporary duty assignment from Air Stations in Los Angeles; Barbers Point, Hawaii; San Francisco; North Bend, Ore.; and the Helicopter Interdiction Tactical Squadron.
