The Master Cutterman's certificate is awarded to individuals in the Coast Guard who serve more than 20 years at sea. Chief Warrant Officer 4 Randy Salenski, main propulsion assistant aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Alex Haley, was presented the Master Cutterman's certificate Feb. 12, 2009 during a ceremony at Coast Guard Base Kodiak, Alaska.
