A red fireboat is positioned in a coastal waterway, directing a powerful water cannon at a rocky cliff face covered with scorched and partially burned vegetation. The operation appears to be a firefighting effort targeting a wildfire or its aftermath on a steep coastal hillside. The scene shows significant fire damage to the trees and shrubs on the cliff, with some areas of surviving green vegetation visible.
