ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- Coast Guard personnel from Sector Anchorage assisted the crew of the Crowley tug Twi-lite today to transfer 1900 gallons of fuel from the tug's fuel tanks to the empty inspected barge, Sea-lite, the tug was pushing when the tug grounded Tuesday. The tug is grounded in the Wood River north of Dillingham. As a precaution the tug and barge are completely encircled with containment boom. Oct. 9, 2008.
