ISKRA, Bulgaria - (Left to right) U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Michelle Soskin, Didi, and Petty Officer 3rd Class Daniel Surles play in a train at the Saint Ekaterina Orphanage, Monday, Sept. 8, 2008. Soskin and Surles were with a group of twenty other people from the Coast Guard Cutter Dallas who took a 45-minute bus ride from where the cutter is moored in Burgas, Bulgaria, to the orphanage, which houses 51 people with mental disabilities, ranging in age from three to 25 years old. The Dallas crew painted the wall at the entrance to the orphanage, cleaned the grounds around one of the play areas, and played games with the children during their visit.
