ISKRA, Bulgaria-Petty Officer 2nd Class Chris Moore of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Dallas tickles Didi, a child at the Saint Ekaterina Orphanage, during a community relations trip Monday, Sept. 8, 2008. Twenty-two people from the Dallas took a 45-minute bus ride from where the cutter is moored in Burgas, Bulgaria, to the orphanage, which houses 51 people with mental disabilities ranging in age from three to 25 years old.
