Lt. Jonathan Miller, flies a Coast Guard C130J Hercules near the edge of Tropical Storm Christobal approximately 115 miles east of Charleston, S.C. today.
Miller and his crew warned mariners of the approaching storm system advising them to take appropriate precautions as it moved in a northeast direction along the east coast.
