080710-C-9679C-5995 KEMAMAN, Malaysia (July 9, 2008) - Coast Guard Health Service Technician Second Class Tania Goicuria-Diaz examines citizens of Kemaman District, Malaysia, at the Kebangsaan School during the Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) exercise. CARAT is an annual series of training exercises between the United States and six Southeast Asian countries. The Coast Guard, Navy and Malaysian Armed Forces launched a combined effort to provide medical care to the village of Kijal for three days, ending on July 10, 2008.
