Two U.S. Marines in desert MARPAT camouflage uniforms and full combat gear are performing a simulated casualty care drill on a person lying on the ground wearing a green t-shirt with an 'RP' (Role Player) patch. The scenario appears to be a tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) training exercise conducted outdoors near a military building. One Marine is administering treatment to the simulated casualty's face or airway area while the other assists.
