ANCHORAGE, Alaska - A Petty Officer from Coast Guard Sector Anchorage uses a mirror to inspect the undercarriage of a vehicle waiting to board the Alaska Maine Highway System Ferry Chenega in Whittier. The team also used ION scan technology to test the vehicles for drugs. The operation was conducted in cooperation with the Whittier Police Department.
