Petty Officer 1st Class Andrew Wall stands center with his girlfriend Leah Stabely and his fellow co-workers after re-enlisting to another three years of Coast Guard service at Qwest Field here today. Wall, a fan of the Seattle Seahawks NFL team and a native of Long Beach Island, N.J., has been a member of the Coast Guard for seven years.
