(Sept. 11, 2007) ONBOARD THE USCGC BOUTWELL - Seaman Jessica Navarro, from the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell, stands a helm watch. The Boutwell is currently deployed as U.S. Coast Guard representatives for the North Pacific Coast Guard Forum (NPCGF).
