CGC TAMPA - Petty Officer 2nd Class Christian Kniep (AET2) cleans the rotor blades on the HH-65C Dolphin helicopter on the decks of the Coast Guard Cutter Tampa Aug. 1, 2007. The Tampa is capable of carrying more than 20,000 gallons of aviation fuel and safety during shipboard helicopter operations is enhanced with the use of a dynamic fin stabilizing sytem, which reduces the roll of the ship.
