    (July 31, 2007) HONOLULU - The 378-foot High Endurance Cutter Boutwell, arrives at the Integrated Support Command (ISC) here on Saturday. The Boutwell stopped here first and then traveled to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, to get fuel and ammunition before heading to Shanghai, China, the first international stop for the crew as U.S. Coast Guard representatives for the North Pacific Coast Guard Forum (NPCGF).
