SAN DIEGO (Feb. 2, 2007) -- Petty Officer 2nd Class Adam Aguilar throws a rescue heaving line to Petty Officer 1st Class James Baxter as part of a shipboard man overboard drill on the Coast Guard Cutter Petrel.
