Boston, MA (June 9)--Local media, clean-up contractors and MK2 Jeff Dutcher, Marine Safety Office Boston pollution investigator all look at the oil in the water from the tanker vessel Posavina. The Posavina, from Panama, was struck on its port quarter by a tug boat attempting to assist the tankers departure from the Tosco Marine Terminal in East Boston on June 8. More than 50,000 gallons of number 6 fuel oil were spilled into the Chelsea River. USCG photo by PA3 Brent Erb
