    JACKSONVILLE Fla. (Mar. 8, 2006)--Seaman Mindy Nettles, stationed aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Maria Bray, cuts insulation from several wires to prepare it for connection to a light that will be affixed atop a green buoy.
