    FT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (Aug. 28, 2006)--Members of the Coast Guard Ceremonial Honor Guard begin to fold the American flag during the memorial service for Petty Officer 2nd Class Steven Duque at Coast Guard Station Fort Lauderdale, Fla., August 28. Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard Charles Bowen stands between Rear Adm. David Kunkel, commander of the Seventh Coast Guard District (right) and Capt.
