    FT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (Aug. 28, 2006)--White-gloved members of the Coast Guard Ceremonial Honor Guard fold the American flag during the memorial service for Petty Officer 2nd Class Steven Duque at Coast Guard Station Fort Lauderdale, Fla., August 28. The flag detail aften slip three brass shell-casings into the folded flag before presenting the flag to the family. Each casing represents one volley during the 21-gun salute. Petty Officer Duque died August 17 in the line of duty while diving in the Artice Ocean 500 miles north of Barrow, Alaska. Coast Guard photo by PA1 Dana Warr.
