ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. (Aug. 23, 2006)--Vice Adm. Brian Peterman, Commander Atlantic Area, receives a folded flag from a member of the Coast Guard Ceremonial Honor Guard Aug. 23, 2006 during a memorial service held in honor of Lt. Jessica Hill. The flag will be presented to the family in remembrance of her honor, respect and devotion to duty to her country and the Coast Guard.
