BOSTON - (Feb. 7, 2006) Coast Guard Marine Investigator, Chief Warrant Officer Raymond Colicci, of Sector Boston examines a melted and frayed extension cord at the Rose Wharf pier where the 61-foot passenger vessel, Miz T, was once docked.
