BAR HARBOR, Maine (May 6, 2005)--The Coast Guard Cutter ABBIE BURGESS, a 175-foot coastal buoy tender from Rockland, Maine deploys an oil recovery boom during hazardous material response training in Frenchman Bay, Maine.
