NEW ORLEANS (Sept. 5, 2005)--An HH-65 Dolphin helicopter from Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans lands on the Boston -based Coast Guard cutter Spencer to refuel September 5, 2005, so they can continue with thier search and rescue operations in New Orleans.
