NEW ORLEANS (Apr. 30, 2005) Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Lorenzo Ladaga, 27, of Miami, exits the berthing area today in order to help lower the anchor onboard the Coast Guard Cutter Valiant, homeported in Miami.
