SEAVIEW, Wash. (Mar. 23, 2005) --The grounded barge Millicoma is pounded by waves today near Ilwaco, Wash. Two men were placed on board this morning to monitor salvage equipment used to refloat the vessel. The barge was successfully removed and will be taken to Astoria, Ore., this afternoon.
