CAMP PENDLETON, Calif (Dec. 11, 2004) -- Coast Guard Ensign Chad Baker, Port Security Unit 311 tackles a Marine acting as a hostile intruder at basic combat training here. The hostile had already taken down a camp member outside the camp's perimeter. Baker and other students learned that they needed to stay within the camp's fence line when detaining people.
