(July 27, 2004)--Petty Officer 3rd Class Brad Cervi (BM3) looks at a National Oceanic and Atmosheric Administration (NOAA) weather buoy 20 miles off the coast of Cape Canaveral, Fla., July 27, 2004. The weather buoy measures and records wind speed and direction, water temperature among other weather conditions.
