Craig MaClennan, Coast Guard Station New York commanding officer, maintains a security zone aboard a 25-foot Defender Class patrol boat as the Coast Guard Cutter Reliance sails up the Hudson River during the Fleet Week Parade of Ships May 26, 2004.
