(April 9, 2004)--Nicholas Cacia, 6, sleeps on the shoulder of his father Chief Petty Officer Frank Cacia shortly after his father arrived in Sandy Hook, NJ onboard the U.S. Coast Guard Sailfish April 09, 2004. The Sailfish, a 87-foot Coastal Patrol Boat with a 10-man crew now home ported in Sandy hook, NJ, is one of the Coast Guard's newest weapon against terrorism and is permanently assigned to protect the coasts surrounding New York, New Jersey USCG by PA1 Tom Sperduto
