MIDDLE EAST (Oct. 13, 2003)--A local worker watches carefully as a cable winch pulls the Coast Guard Cutter Aquidneck, one of four 110-foot patrol boats deployed to the Arabian Gulf in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, from the water up to a marine railway, Oct. 13, 2003. The Aquidneck is the first Coast Guard cutter to be dry-docked in the Middle East and the first cutter to be dry-docked at a foreign port for non-emergency purposes. USCG photo by PA2 Kyle Niemi
