MILWAUKEE, Wis. (Sept. 26, 2003)--Machinery Technician 3rd Class Timothy Tolliver holds scrambles to the safety of a floating platform as his canoe sinks with Seaman James Lollar, in the water holding his hands in the air. The two were representing Coast Guard Station Sturgeon Bay, Wisc., in a canoe race during the first Coast Guard Group Milwaukee Boat Rodeo.
