Two U.S. Coast Guard personnel are handling large burlap/woven sacks inside what appears to be the interior of a Coast Guard vessel. One individual wearing a U.S. Coast Guard cap is assisting while the other lifts a large sack onto a stack of similar sacks. This appears consistent with a drug interdiction operation where seized contraband is being moved and stored aboard the vessel.
