CHICAGO, Ill. (Aug. 4, 2003)--A crew from Station Calumet Harbor transits the Chicago locks as tall ships wait to enter Lake Michigan from the Chicago River on the final day of Chicago's Tall Ship Festival. The Coast Guard played an integral part in setting and enforcing security and safety zones during the event's Parade of Sail, and around ships moored at various locations. More than twenty tall ships participated in the event, making it the largest tall ship festival on the Great Lakes. USCG photo by PA2 Alan Haraf
